Still too new to see ab improvements. But stomach does feel tighter. Should see results in a month or so. Use the ab muscle toner twice a day. Used the small toners mainly to provide relief for strained muscles.

It WORKS!! I accidentally set it to Mode 2 Leve 1 on my 1st use and felt as if I was punched in the stomach!! I then panicked and went to Levels 2&3 trying desperately to turn it off!. Mode 1 Level 3 is my current. This thing is no joke. Now to await the visual results.

In overall, I actually liked the product and I even lost a couple of pounds due to it working as the electricity pass through my nerves I felt my muscles tensing up on my stomach as I tried to lose weight. The only problem I would have to say I had was the gel pads bc some was sticking together so I wasted some so I do wish that was better. I also wish the electricity was stronger because after a month passed I could barely feel it anymore.
